Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Presidents Royale mobile application (the "App") operated by Presidents Royale ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, creating an account, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
The App is rated 4+ on the App Store and is available for general audiences.
If you are under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
2. Your Account
To play multiplayer features, you must create an account using a valid email address and a unique username.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised
- Use only one account per person, unless we expressly permit otherwise
You may delete your account at any time from Profile > Delete Account within the App.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software, bots, or automation
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
- Use offensive, hateful, or sexually explicit usernames or content
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the App or its servers
- Sell, trade, or transfer your account to another person
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
4. In-App Purchases
The App is free to download and play. You may optionally purchase virtual coins and other digital items through the App Store.
You acknowledge that:
- All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms
- Coins and cosmetic items are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or by Apple's refund policy
- We may change pricing, availability, or contents of any virtual item at any time
Refund requests should be submitted directly to Apple through your App Store account.
5. Virtual Items & Account Content
You do not own the virtual coins, cosmetic items, ranks, trophies, or other in-game content associated with your account. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use these items inside the App.
If your account is terminated or the App is discontinued, your access to virtual items may end.
6. User Content
Some features may allow you to submit content such as a username, profile, or in-game messages ("User Content").
You are solely responsible for your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it solely for the purpose of operating the App.
We may remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its name, logo, artwork, code, sounds, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms other players or the integrity of the game.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — about the App, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that the App will be free from bugs, errors, or downtime.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law (including, in Australia, rights under the Australian Consumer Law).
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be handled in the courts of Australia, except where local consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
